A local pointed us in the direction of Latinoamerica Unida, and we weren't disappointed. Charming, small place, bright and clean, with remarkably good molé, redolent of cinnamon and chocolate, thick and rich. I am not sure why everyone is raving about this place. I tried the chicken fajitas for $16.95 and they were fine..... a little dry that maybe some salsa would fix. The portion of 3 shells was ok but not impressive for the price. I thought the service was friendly and quick but I was expecting a little more after reading the reviews. View all feedback.
A charming authentic Mexican restaurant downtown Galt, Cambridge. You can’t get much fresher than this place. All tortillas are corn, and most of the menus can be made gluten and/or dairy free. Their menu said at least six times to let you them know if you have allergies. The restaurant and kitchen are also impeccably clean.
The staff was beautiful and the tacos were amazing! Come on!
The food was amazing that I knew the food would be great, but it still blown me away, I will definitely go again when I feel tacos. Disappointing. Things went downhill when they asked us what we wanted to drink and when we asked for water, they refused to give us a glass of water and said we must pay for plastic bottles of water. My daughter and husband ordered the same dish, but my husband ordered the hotter version. When they served us our meals, they gave the spicy version to my daughter and specified that it was the mild meal. The portions of food were much smaller than previous visits and my family left hungry and feeling unsatisfied. The waitress gave mediocre customer service, at best.
