The staff is polite that I go out of my way to go to this chipotle and I have lived near Mentor Avenue, but I like to hear the people in the atmosphere better."

"That was the second time I was here for dinner in the late night. The first was on Tuesday and they were open until 1:00. They changed there recently Sun Thursday they close at midnight and Friday Saturday open until 1:00. It was busy this last Friday night the line was long in the drive thru, but the line moved quickly. I have the chili cheese burrito it was excellent! I wish Taco Bell would leave items on the menu instead of falling items that people really like, why not add a few and keep what people like? I recommend these special Taco Bell when ordering the workers are pleasant."

"We have been hesitant to try this restaurant because it appears to be a “fast food” place. However, we were sad we didn’t try it sooner! The man behind the counter was very helpful and gave us a good amount of information to guide us in our ordering process. We ended up taking it to-go due to time but it was done very quickly and exactly what we ordered. The shrimp burrito was delicious and tasted as good as a regular sushi roll. I think the flavors were unique and the breading on the shrimp was a perfect crunch within the sushi burrito. We were very surprised and plan to return!"

"Chipotle corporate, if you are reading this, you have this store and the willoughby location provide this densely populated area with the worst chipotle experiences anyone has ever had. I literally will eat chipotle anywhere else in the country other than this store and the willoughby one. You guys could make so much more money if these stores were run properly"

"Customer Service was terrible. Had a voucher from a manger and when given to the cashier was laughed at and asked if I was serious. I said yes it was given to me by the manager and him and his con workers were talking as if I wasn’t there. Rude!!"

"If you like paying for a credit card surcharge that is 4% of your check total come here!! That was one of the unpleasant surprises here. The food was far from good. The shredded beef was super salty. The ground beef was just that ground beef withoutflavor. Over priced food not worth revisiting."
