"Rooms were sufficient but small. Parking was very narrow but that's downtown Juneau for you. I'm also not sure how a 3 star hotel gets away with no mini fridge or microwave. Breakfast isn't served early enough for normal morning flights and no coffee. I had some issues getting a receipt after the stay and the communication was poor, however, the manager did follow up after I left my initial review so I upped my initial rating from 2 stars to 3."

"Our experience as less than good. I wouldn't have even rated it a star. Been here 23 years and NEVER had an experience like that. Found a hair in the sour cream, the server isn't wearing a hair net AND HANGING OFF THE PIPES while her friends blocked people's way. Ruined my damn appetite. A loyal customer of over 10 years. Will never go back if this chick is working."

"There are two locations in town The largest is just off the cruise ships in downtown Juneau. The one we visited is served food truck style on the edge of town, probably more for the locals. Tracy's King Crab Shack has a simple menu focusing on well prepared seafood. We had an assortment of crab, shrimp, and halibut chowder. Dungeness crab was a personal best tasting meat. I didnt care for the beer battered shrimp. I removed the breading and the shrimp were tasty. The bottom line is, if you are in Juneau, you need to check it out."

"Such a funky place with incredible food! Definitely try the Thunderdome app ... It's pizza dough covered in garlic butter and parmesan and you won't be disappointed! Also the Tiramisu is as good as any I've had in Italy!"

"I was not impressed by this restaurant. We just had the potato skins and a desert. The Carrot cake was pretty good, but the potato skins were not at all good. The potato was undercooked and they had been left in the oven too long so the skin was rock hard. Far too much bacon (sorry, you can sometimes have too much bacon) and they were not seasoned at all. Service was also rather slow."

"This restaurant is temporarily closed due to the pandemic, but they have made a special opening for our tour. they prepared halibut with a butter/cap sauce and roasted chicken breast. we had a very good cäsarsalat and garlauch toast and other sides that I did not try. the food was wonderful! the owner was so pleasant and accommodating and the weeping were wonderful. it was our farewell in jugend style, and I only regret that I live a thousand miles from this restaurant as it would be our weekly visit. I hope they make it through the pandemic and open it with their wonderful menu intact. the pizza-roch incredible; we're sad that we couldn't try. a lot of luck for them!"
