"Saturday evening in Schwaben.. I know people who were there and have become nervous when only the word Stuttgart or Ländle falls. I don't understand why. I like crabs. Not always, but more and more. If my schoolgirl hadn't pulled there for technical reasons, I would never have gone. My beer also remained within limits: WAS? After SCHWABEN? You don't understand! And there's a KEHRWOCHE! Your landlord throws you out in the first month! Can't you go to Hamburg or Berlin? But after the first weeks of a stranger, my friend seemed to live in it. It's not that bad here. Actually, it's really nice. And the food. A potato salad.. Why aren't there a "sparkling wine choir"? The potato salad does not taste here. It's so expensive here. You call the beer garden? And I went to the landing and saw. And almost a little jealous. These beer gardens! This landscape! These prices! And this food! The potato salad no longer tasted fast here; the citizens of the mouth pockets lay in the cold counter and the pouch sprouts no longer came to my record. In the meantime, I am more common in this clean country and liked, in which even the underwood looks somehow well maintained and the most common toilets in the gastro area (also in the worst sprinklers are so clean that you could serve almost someone in the open heart. My companions chose duck lobes with lumps and blue herbs (here... the homemade pork roasts with salt potatoes and also these herbs; before Gaisburger Marsch, who told me nothing at all. The main dishes were served after a relatively long waiting period, but the store was full of breaks. Besides, good thing wants a while, at home cooking anyway. We're tired of seeing the plates. But that was not at the plates that had nothing to do with the table culture of a Haute Cuisine. The duck lay on a glass plate in the form of a fish, my lenses stormed in a scratched soup plate, and the fringes coughed one of these ugly ikea plates with green edge painting. If you do not come to the regular menu or prefer seasonal as this month truffles, you can also order it. Once fresh gnocchi with chestnut filling with fresh mushrooms and marons for approx. 15 euros, once homemade tagliatelle in butter sauce with turbulent white truffle from Alba for approx. 30 Euro and once Tagliatelle Tartufo (approx. 15 Euro with fresh turbulent truffles from Umbria. Our fourth in the waist had the calf sauce with the lime sauce. We agreed at the table: Better is not possible. Fluffy gnocchis, we do not read homemade, but because of the loose consistency of the finished product and the dreamy jam filling, delicate and thin slices of calf, a lime sauce in harmonious tuning and discreet lime flavor, biss-resistant noodles that affect both spaghetti and tagliatelle. Truffle splinters from Umbria were allowed to serve as a sauce under the noodles with oil, over which one of the best and also freshest truffles I have ever eaten was unfortunately only three thin slices (seuffzz above). For these fliers we want to pay the necessary and legitimate price."

"On 15.07.2022 We were invited with 12 people to the Parkcafe Restaurant in Barock Blühenden. The Blühende Baroque is the garden exhibition at Schlossgarten Ludwigsburg. The Parkcafe Restaurant is located in the Upper Ostgarten of Barock Blühenden, divided into 2 areas: an SB area and an operating area. The operating area is located in the so-called playhouse of Duke and Kings, with 2 chic historic salons. The menu for our group was preordered, but it was possible that a perosn from the group could rebook the meat main course into a vegetarian variant. On our arrival we received an aperetiv at the bar (sect, alcohol-free secco or orange juice). The table in the blue salon was already covered, drinks (water) were asked and gifted. Oßweiler breads with crushed butter were served. There was a summery leaf salad with parmesan and shrimp. Then follow the Bouliabaisse, which tasted clearly for fish. For a small cooling there were homemade lemon sorbet before the main course, calfsbone with late zle and summer garden vegetables were reached. As dessert there were self-made PannaCotta with fresh fruits. At Dessert-Sercvie, the chef Laura was sadly at the table and was presented to the guests. Wines were red, white and rosé, from local wineries Wöhrwag, Aldinger and WG Cleebronn. The service itself was fast, attentive and yet somehow HIntergrund, but always in place as necessary. The individual gears followed at a good time distance without being stressed or without being too informative. Conclusion: a very good kitchen, deliciously lubricated, no 0-8-1-5, sufficient large portions and a good service and a great ambience. I can recommend without restriction."

"Business. often this is not more than a binding date. last Friday I had the honorable task of going with a small business dinner. with a total of 8 people we returned to the Parkcafe restaurant in the blooming baroque (a permanent garden in the gardens around the castle.) the registration ran over the Sakratariat with us, but went fixed and the restaurant operators were friendly and informed about the ride and park. the restaurant in the park is not possible direct access. Parking is available nearby, also a parking garage. on arrival the table was already covered for us. we were greeted personally by the boss who accompanied us in the blue salon (there are 2 historical spaces in the playhouse of the hearts and kings) and showed us our table or our small table. as desired was covered with a lot of distance. the menu homemade Focaccia with a beard liqueur from its own garden asparagus bärlauchkapern mispel burrata bouillabaise beizter lachs ferigerbulgur onglet aubergine falafel humus gianja chocolateberry rhabarber began as desired quickly. a total of 2 people for us in the service and at some courses the chef also has a cooperator. the cook has said the dishes and sown for example for the prepared dishes. Beverages: mineral water quiet and medium and white burgundy weingut wöhrwag from stuttgart afterwards coffee espresso"
