"I've been here 4x previously and the food and service are usually excellent. This evening we waited unnecessarily long for our food and we got ignored for over an hour at one point. Our food finally arrived after the restaurant had emptied out. Some of it was burned and poorly prepared."

"First visit was a 5 but the quality seems to have gone down and the price is still high. Don't ever accept the last piece of pie. I got it recently and apparently, it was old or a reject and wasn't even warmed properly. The crust was greasy, not flaky and the cherries weren't plump as promised. The size certainly wasn't shareable. I thought the pieces were large but apparently that's only for the apple pie (Lord of the pies. My kids won't even go anymore. I may be done as well."

"Great experience and their drinks are great. Service was quick in a packed theater. I also did not run into in issues with pre-purchased items. It was also not too cold, I have been to one of these before and it was extremely cold but the temperature was just right at this one."

"Food was excellent and the only reason the service wasn't 5 stars was because only one guy (we thought he was possibly the owner) was working the entire front of house. He was struggling with 3 tables but he was getting it all done, just was taking a while to get it done. The atmosphere is really cool, take time to really look at it."

"First time here. The italian ices were excellent! After having three samples, they were all so good that I got a cup with all three flavors: coconut, black cherry and mango along with the ice cream. The servers were all super friendly. Nice place. I recommend!"
