"The only thing holding a 5* review is the lack of seating. It was crowded and I was forced to take my food to go even though I was planning on eating in. Huge portions of fish and home cut fresh fries are always a rare treat."

"Horn Dawgs has a catering company HD Events and they catered my wedding this past weekend. The day proved to be quite challenging with the venue being uncooperative and changing up the plans at the last minute. HD's staff was forced to cook all the food back at the restaurant and then deliver it in serving trays with no way of keeping the food warm. I have absolutely no idea how they did it but they managed to have all of the food ready on time and have it hot! I am literally in awe of this company. I work in events for a living and I have never seen a catering company with this kind of service. On top of having incredibly delicious food the staff were an absolute pleasure to deal with. With everything being thrown at them it would have been entirely understandable for them to seem stressed or frustrated, it was the complete opposite. They went above and beyond in every aspect of their service. I cannot say enough good things about my experiences with them. I am glad I booked them before they get too big and busy!"

"Ordered a 1/2 slab strawberry shortcake for a birthday and they let me choose how it was layered. They even made suggestions (which turned out to be spot-on). They make all the cakes by hand on-site so the cakes are fresh and tasty."

"Not that anyone needs a fishbowl sized alcoholic beverage, but I was going out for a drink with some friends and always choose where to go based on the daily specials. We specifically chose BP for fishbowl Friday but apparently this location does fishbowl Saturday......that's not even an alliteration! Super disappointed, the waitress rolled her eyes and told me they never had fishbowl Fridays, she didn't seem to understand my disappointment. It was always a thing when I lived in Hamilton, I just assumed it was a standard BP thing, now I know though..."
