"We hired Cousin's Creations for our wedding and they did not disappoint! Not only did the actual cake surpass the Pinterest inspiration picture, but it tasted amazing, too! We made last-minute inquiries about additions to our cupcakes and cake, and Cousin's Creations was more than happy to accommodate us. From the initial tasting to our wedding day, we were impressed with their level of professionalism, and they were easily one of our favorite vendors of the whole wedding. We received many compliments throughout the night, and we'll be using any excuse possible to order more sweets from Cousin's Creations in the future"

"My mom took me here to get a smoothie with a barking dog in the car, I asked politely first to hold on just a second because my mom was rushing me and the person taking care of us was rushing me, I didn’t have anytime to look at the menu and I told the lady countless times to hold on. Ultimately we got no smoothies and my mom yelled at me. Whoever was taking care of us needs to have a little more patience, I blame you for my ruined afternoon. And I didn’t get to try a smoothie. I would give zero stars"

"Ordered a pizza and bread sticks. Pizza was average at best. Bread sticks are undercooked, raw, and not edible. And they look dirty. Poor quality compared to Lake Station and Portage. Only stopped here because I was in the area. Never again."

"Came in to Mother's Day. It was said that waiting lasted 30-45 minutes and sat in about 25. That's when things are different. We ordered drinks and appetizers well, but when we ordered dinner, we were told that the kitchen was secured so that it would be a considerable waiting period. It was about an hour and half a waiting period. All the time, but our waiter Ethan checked us, brought us refills, was an excellent waiter. We found out at one point that they train a whole new cooking staff apart from a person. We also heard from whom I was suspected that the manager told another table that there were a large number of people who had decided they didn't want to wait for a table and order. Both are the reason why it took so long to get our food. Once we got our food, except that my steak medium is good instead of medium, what if they train a new staff is understandable, everything was delicious."

"Hubby and I went there last night for our date night.. we will return again! The food was so yummy! I had the Cherry Plank Salmon, and I have to say, it was the BEST salmon I have ever had. Hubby used to get the Lobster Spaghetti when we would go to Olive Garden, but they discontinued making that a while back and he's always missed it. So when he saw the Lobster Shrimp Alfredo on the menu here, he excitedly ordered it, and was surprised that he likes the Chop Shop's entrée even better! We sat on the dining room side, and we're glad we did, because it was VERY noisy on the bar side. That was the only downfall of the place... pretty noisy. But that pales in comparison to the food, so we'll be back again!"

"I ordered the trio and my partner ordered the Pollo rosa Maria. Service was incredibly slow. The trio was cold and burnt. The Pollo Rosa Maria was cold and the chicken was overcooked and dry. We spoke to the wattress, she offered to remake it or take it off our bill. We requested that it get remade. Second trio arrived, also burnt. Second Pollo Rosa Maria arrived, also dry and overcooked. We spoke to the waitress. Her response this is just how we cook it. Our meals weren't edible. We tried to eat a few bites but burnt/overcooked food is terrible. We requested the bill. She brought the bill... Didn't charge us for the trio but charged us for 2 Pollo Rosa Maria's. We never ordered 2, we only ordered 1 and the 1 wasn't edible. We asked why. The waitresses response well you can't get a free meal. We don't expect a free meal but you shouldn't charge a person for 2 of the same meal when the kitchen screwed up, and we only ordered 1. We requested to speak to a manager. The waitress returned. She said your meal is comped. You're free to go, and then walked away. There was no apology. No manager. The waitress was bothered and irritated by our complaints. Terrible service. We were there for 1.5 hours and all we got was awful burnt food. We will not return."

"Thoroughly modern, with an old west, rustic ambiance. Monday evening and very busy. Comfortable seating with pleasant staff, who seated , served us, and answered our time worn queries graciously. Road weary, we were pleased to find an ample menu of nice variety that met our needs for the evening. Worth a stop if you’re in the neighborhood."
