"Love Whole Foods! Especially, the Fresh BakedPizza. There is a Worker, Jeremiah M. that works in the Pizza Area and he is the best at Customer Service! He Always has the fresh pizza ready to go! "Wonderful experience as out-of-town guests. Great menu with delicious, good portioned meals. Wide assortment of tasty appetizers and desserts. Amazing service from Jana G who provided awesome recommendations and was the picture of hospitality. Several table touches from management and the owner to ensure we were having a great meal. We will definitely be back next time we are in the area, and would recommend."

"One star off because they were out of toothpicks. This was my first time to a Meteor restaurant. It has a cool Automobile-Hot Rod theme going on. A group of 35 or so riders stopped at this location, for a Friday night dinner ride . Granted they did know we were coming, the service was great, and friendly. We filled the whole restaurant!They brought in some extra young staff to accommodate us. We all had a good time! The 1/2 lb. burger I had was excellent, with a very fresh and tasty beef patty. The onion rings were very good and the batter was beautiful. I 'll eat here again."

"I came in on 11/3/21 with some coworkers to grab a few smoothies. The employee was in the back and took her time coming to the front (older Latina woman). When she came out she was slow in taking my order and when I went to redeem a coupon for a smoothie sample she asked which of the two I wanted. I stated that I wanted the regular orange and she asked which of the two I wanted again. She then started to act like I was annoying her and rolled her eyes when I told her that I just wanted the regular smoothie. This is unacceptable. Especially when I am a regular customer who in part pays her wages. If you don't want to work or don't have any customer service skills then you shouldn't work in customer service."

"The restaurant is great! I loved the food and service. The red velvet cake was very decadent and sweet, and the chicken and waffle tacos were savory, tangy, but subtly sweet. I enjoyed my food. My only complaint is that the restrooms did not have a great smell, but that can be easily solved."

"We ordered several dishes for take out. The chicken lollipop or butterfly chicken was raw inside. It wasn’t undercooked. It was raw. I had already taken a bite, when I noticed, because the texture was so strange. We live 20 minutes away, but we’retold we needed to bring it back for a replacement. Why would I want a replacement? I called and told them that I didn’t wantanyone else to get sick, and was concerned about the well being of their restaurant. The managers (I spoke with more than one)were extraordinarily rude, and didn’t believe that their chicken could be raw. They refused a refund without seeing thechicken. While I understand why, I can’t believe the arrogance and the lack of concern about something that’s a big deal.Raw chicken is no joke. Additionally, the quality of their food has gone downhill. While it’s always been hit or miss, it’sgotten worse. *Response to owner -The managers didn’t understand me, and were patronizing from the beginning of ourconversations. I didn’t threaten to close the store. I said that I had called out of concern of what would happen if someonegot sick, as I wouldn’t want their store to be shut down. I said that after their responses, I no longer cared whether theirstore was shut down. His response to this was that I was threatening him. He told me I could bring the chicken back for areplacement. I told him I don’t want a replacement, this belongs in the toilet. He laughed at me and asked how I could bringit back if it was in the toilet. I’m sorry that he didn’t take the time to process what I said. I didn’t ask for a refundfor the whole meal, just the chicken. The managers’ said that they don’t know whether their people are being truthful, asthey have been cheated before. While I understand that they’ve had bad experiences, and I’m sorry about that. I think it’sunfortunate that they approach their customers with an assumption of dishonesty. It’s disrespectful to us."

"Stupid spicy even when ordering mild. We tried this place 1 before the remodeling and twice after. Everything here is absurdly spicy. Normally, I can handle 3 or 4 out of 10 and the 1 here is probably equal to 7. It seems like common sense to also offer a mild dish along with spicy if trying to cater to all guests. The pizza crust also seemed like the cheap frozen variety thar was flat and hard."
