"We made a last minute family booking for 9, including 4 children aged from 4 9, for a Sunday. We were really impressed with how well we were accommodated. The children's menu had plenty of choice for the smalls, and they loved their ice creams that came with a toy to take away. I had the vegan roast, which may possibly be the best one I have tried to date. I was given the option of still having the non vegan friendly gravy, Yorkshires and parsnips, which I was very grateful for as a flexiterian I love gravy! The only thing that could have improved the experience was a vegan friendly option for these. They were busy, so service was a tad slow, but to be expected on a busy Sunday. All in all, a good experience and we would definitely return."

"An absolutely fantastic experience. We received such personal and warm hospitality from Sophie M who made it an unforgettable day for all of us, thank you . And the food! Excellent fish and chips a huge kids portion , lovely vegetarian bruschetta, really good burger and the most wonderful skinny fries with out of this world truffle topping. And we didn't even have the special valentines day menu. Thanks again and see you soon."

"We wanted to come here forever and had brunch today! it was absolutely beautiful and everything I would wish for brunch with an excellent tasting coffee. the gluten-free selection was also very good. the menu perfectly satisfied adult and children! think they, we make a stem here! well done!"

"Great little pub which we visited for drinks after a trip to Castle Farm. The bar staff were really friendly and welcoming, parking is easy in a dedicated car park across the road and you can sit outside on the main road and literally watch the world go by."

"Excellent cafe although possibly a victim of it's success as I think they would have struggled to find me a table if I hadn't been OK to sit outside it was busy and several indoor tables were showing as reserved. Tea and coffee was however very good, as was my toasted sandwich and there was loads of choice on the menu. Will return the next time I'm in Otford."

"I've now made this a regular start to my day during the week on my daily commute. It sets me up for the day to have a freshly made latte or a great tasting tea with some granary toast and butter which can even be put in a biodegradable, takeaway, sleeve keeping it nice and warm. I absolutely love the new chocolate chip cookies and the new muffin flavours (raspberry and white chocolate and poppy seed and lemon) they are delicious. I now have to make sure I pick up extras for my friends and family so I don't have to share on the odd occasion that my treat makes it all the way through the day without me eating it before I get home. I've had two delicious free hot drinks after filling two loyalty cards which is a nice little perk. The lady who runs this gorgeous little place is friendly and always serves your coffee with a smile. The other customers coming and going at the same sort of time as me are a lovely bunch of people, popping by to get their day off to a great start too. I live 25 miles away and if I don't have my commute for a few days or even during a weekend I really look forward to my next stop at The Cafe Box! This really is the best coffee in the area and I love the fact that I'm supporting a small, local and original business that deserves to do well."
