"This was a place where I used to frequent twice a week. But they just raised their prices recently so now I only go one in a while. Some items are double the price. The food is still great but buyer be aware."

"I'm not sure why this restaurant gets all of the five star reviews. My wife and I ate there last night and the food was good, but far from great. I ordered the steak in a red wine sauce and my wife ordered the fillet...of fish in a butter sauce. Both were just OK and nothing out of the ordinary. Other reviews have said this is one of the best restaurants in Tijuana. I cannot believe that this is the case. That said, our meal was very reasonable and the food was acceptable. With two cocktails and two glasses of wine, our meal with just under $55 without including the tip. Fairly attentive service, a nice setting, and valet parking. However, we are not likely to return."

"A pesar de que las empanadas son entradas no me gusta comer otra cosa en este lugar, no porque no sea bueno o apetecible, sino porque las empanadas son maravillosas. Hay un montón de cosas diferentes pero mis favoritas son de camarón, champiñones y portobello con una deliciosa limonada batida. Además, el lugar es muy agradable, tienen servicio de descorchado y, desde hace un tiempo, también venta de vinos."

"Enjoyed Mother's day at La sca with my family. We tried the burrata, minestrone soup and pizza with pepperoni and mushrooms, yummy. What can I say about their pizza? It comes out cooked to perfection, not burned and perfect for sharing. Their menu has plenty...of variety, pastas, pizzas, lasagna. I have tried their lasagna before and it's delicious, lots of cheese and sauce if thatt's what you like. They also have a great list of Mexican and Italian wines, plenty to chose from. If you rather have a cocktail, the bartenders are very knowlegeable and can make any drink you desire. For desserts we had lemon pie which was incredible and the crepes with nutella, vanilla ice cream and coconut flakes. Everything tasted wonderful and the service matched the delicious food. The servers will take excellent care of you and the prices are very reasonable. This is my go to spot in TJ! You will enjoy this amazing place where they make a customer feel very much appreciated!"
