"I 's always COLD in the wintertime here. The server was trying hard...but the cooks were definitely off that night. Soggy fish 'n chips) and fries. A medium hamburger came out hard as a rock. My meatloaf was not fresh tasting. To be fair, the manager did right by us with our complaints, but we probably won 't return for a long time. Guess they 're still not up to speed, post-COVID?"

"Very noisy at peak time as we had to almost shout to each other in our group to communicate. BJs actually design the restaurants to be noisy as they want to turn over the tables fast so they can make more money. You don't go to BJs for the ambiance that's for sure. The food is very good for the price and if you don't mind the noise or fast turnover this restaurant is a very good option."
