"I ordered the tuna-cheddar panini and the “cheddar” was more like nacho cheese while the tuna tasted old with that overly fishy flavor. I’m not picky and I was pretty hungry, but I could only eat half. The fries were marginally better…they didn’t come with...any ketchup or sauce but they were very greasy so I guess it didn’t matter. I would have let this slide but the waiters were incredibly rude. I had to flag someone down so I could order but after, a couple showed up (and a French one at that) and a waiter came out immediately and was ingratiatingly nice and smiley to them. I went in to pay and when I asked this same waiter for the check, he looked irritated and mumbled something in French and then another guy got the check for me. It took me about two seconds to get the change but this was too much so the guy stormed off in a huff and grabbed a plate to bring to some customers waiting (they were not busy). When he finally came back, I paid. My experience in Perpignan had been overwhelmingly positive so the only way this restaurant was exceptional was in how lousy it was."
