"Craig was our server and we tried to leave a good review on the kiosk, but then it was on us. He was very on the top of the refills, got our order directly and quickly, and was also really friendly. I am happy that I went with his recommendations to the curly pommes and the skill cookie. we will probably ask him the next time so that the experience fits with this. total 10/10 would recommend."

"The service at first was average. Once we got out food it was cold and all came out at different times. 20 minutes apart from first entree to the last at outer table of 6. The first out was chicken strips and then 30 wings 10 minutes later and then 3 more chicken tenders 10 minutes after that? This is the worst buffalo wild wings experience I have had. We ordered 1 more beer for me and my girlfriend and they brought her an IPA (the same beer I was drinking). When she asked for the Dos Equis she was drinking they said she would have to pay for the Dos. She refused and the server Taylor said she would pay for it? What kind of management system is set up here that the servers need to pay for a beer pour mistake. We will not be back to this location. We sat outside and our platters were never removed from our tables. The service team here is way below average. Starts with management policies"

"Our waitress was amazing she was very quick and happy. We had to send our popcorn shrimp back because it was hot on the outside still cold on the inside they called the chef over *crystal* and all she said was ouch I burned my finger. Very loud so everyone could hear. I'm glad you only touched the outside of the food and wasn't worried about the food poisoning you would've gave our 2 year old. I will forever avoid this angry crab shack."

"Super disappointed, I used to grubhub to order a grilled cheese with tomato soup, suppe is wonderful and tasteful, but the grilled cheese is literally softened brot and cheese. soggy, not grilled. I dunno who did it and thought: “Now it is good,” but no, it wasn’t. I'm at work can't correct it, but I'm not going to order a grilled sandwich from here."

"The catfish was tender and delicate. The breading was seasoned beautifully. Absolutely delicious. Hush puppies had a nice crispy, spicy breading, nice and moist inside. Potato salad was great. Sweet potato fries soggy."
