"I went to this place today with my family. Actually, the pizza was amazing, but the service was bad. we waited almost minutes to get our order and when we finished the table, was left dirty for minutes until I called the manager and put my dissatisfaction to the print out and her answer was so dry and she replied we were busy and only tables were occupied. then she came back and she told me she was the managerin (nancy) and she asked what you want. I just paid and left the place. Remember, not all employees are bad. this lady needs a customer service training."

"This place really cares about the person their serving. The chicken delight, donair and gyros are AMAZING! If you are in the Forestglade/Tecumseh area you have to try. Huge amount of fresh food that taste so good and even go above and beyond giving my mother a special treat because it was my b-day. Love it!"

"AAA Customer service. I ordered my food a little bit before closing and they where happy to deliver it to me. a little while passes and I can't pay for the meal because the select scanner he brought couldn't be paid using the saving option. So the owner trusts me with the food and leaves it at my place, drives back, grabs one that can pay using savings, and drives back. at this point it has been close to an hour after closing and he comes back super apologetic, like it was his fault. TL;DR the drove close to an hours worth to get me my food. Please buy and order from here to thank him for me."

"Four people arrived for 7 pm reservations on Jan 14, 2017. Ourselves and U.S. guests. Dinners not served until 9 pm. Had to ask for bread. Beer served without a beer glass. Had to ask for one. Had to go to bar and ask for the check. Long waits for ordering. Long waits for salads. No explanations or apologies. Although wait was long no one asked about 2nd drinks. Others came after and were able to leave before us. Contacted restaurant by email and regular mail and did not receive ANY acknowledgement or reply. Very bad handling."

"For us this is a up scale restaurant. We like to indulge sometimes. I love in the winter when they put a fire on outside. You can get a 3 or 4 course meal for 50.00"
