"A lovely cosy cafe with a great atmosphere and the food is awesome. I decided to try Dr Marty's crumpets with Nutella custard , banana and crushed hazelnuts. Omg, they are to die for ! Definitely going back."

"A small bakery that could well and truly do with a renovation, but friendly service and reasonable prices. You can find the usual fare of pastries and pies that you'd commonly look for in a bakery. It wasn't overly busy, so we received prompt service."

"Definitely a local favourite of mine and my families!<br/>We come for dinner, snacks or just to chill with drinks. <br/>We come in winter and sit by fire. We come in summer and sit on deck. <br/>When last there I had their seafood sliders!<br/>Delicious! <br/>At other local eateries I have found they are dry but I'm always guaranteed a juicy tender succulent slider here! <br/>Can't wait for my next visit!"

"Very nice place! Good service. We were placed at a very small table and had a 16 dollar daiquiri spilt while trying to make room for the food would have expected a replacement offered but otherwise this place was great!!"

"I went to Short Black with my girlfriend. We had the Mediterranean and Asian scrambled eggs. The food was delicious and price friendly. It might not look like a fancy place on the outside but the owner is the chef at this cafe and cooks with passion. I asked to substitute the tomatoes with spinach and they didn’t fuss at all. Appreciated the small gesture. Cheers would come again."

"Got delivery tonight. Great pasta. Fresh and arrived hot and lovely. Staff in store and delivery guy were so nice! Definitely go here again. We got 3 pastas and all are amazing!!"
