"We went here for dinner on a recommendation from some friends. The atmosphere was welcoming however our meal was so expensive, and the food wasn't that great. The menu is really boring and needs some improvement. Keep in mind where ever you go in Lake Louise will be expensive. I just expected that food would be fantastic and not average. You might as well go up to the Chateau where you will get better service and better food. It will be more expensive but worth it in the long run."

"Great pizza! Crust was crunchy and tasted great. Good toppings and very flavourful. Server was polite, but forgot stuff on 3 occasions and is why I gave a 4 star instead of a 5 star. I'd come again. :"

"While we never sit on the restaurant side of Tom's, preferring to enjoy the experience without children on the pub side (John Henry's), the food and drink are exactly the same, and it is always great. This is not your traditional pub, it's a pizza...place, but the pizza is fantastic, thin-crusted, and has a huge variety of topping options. The best part is that this is the type of pub in which you feel like you are coming home when you arrive for dinner and/or drinks: the bartenders/wait staff banter with you, remember your favourite drinks and food choices, and become truly friendly with you."

"After reading other local reviewers for this place, we were very sceptical about going here. Got there about 7pm and were sat in the restaurant side in a booth straight away. Our server, a young guy was very attentive and our drinks order was taken swiftly and arrived soon after. (Not happy about $8.10 for a Keith's, just won't order a beer next time).4 mains, pizza, flatbread, chicken tacos and chicken Alfredo all came in a good time and were tasty.An overall good experience. Much better than we anticipated.Did we get lucky? We will go back and find out.I am hoping the teething problems that obviously occurred shortly after re-opening have been ironed out. I really hope so."

"About 45 years ago I took my then young family to a "new" family restaurant in Calgary called Swiss Chalet. It was a really bad experience then and I vowed never to go back! However, wanting to forgive and forget I tried the one in Okotoks. It really shall be my last! The menu had expanded so we tried the chicken pot pies. It was a tasteless gelatinous, gooey, mixture of veggies and chicken with too much sage and salt. It may have helped if it had been warm! The fries were #2 quality, overdone cuts of bits and pieces and at the price, should have been #1 quality.I can't even blame this on "the second team" concept, as the menus must be createdfranchise wide."

"One of the best in town. Wait times can be a little long due to its popularity. Price is reasonable. Served with lots of cheese. The sauce used seems to have a lot of Italian spices, although I like it a lot my kids did not care so much for the sauce."

"Great food great service. Awesome place. Go there for lunch almost every day. Just launched there new lunch menu and it cant be beat anywhere in town. Delicious. Awesome service too. <br/>Will defiantly be going back soon to try out more of there lunch menu."
