"Estive neste restaurante no passado fim de semana acompanhado pela família (pais, esposa e filhos) e sendo cliente, não habitual, com mais de 15 anos, fiquei profundamente desiludido.As entradas são perfeitamente banais.Pedimos uma dose de bacalhau e outra de vitela assada.O bacalhau era demasiado fino para o preço cobrado e estava um pouco salgado.No entanto, a dose é suficiente para duas pessoas.Quanto à vitela, aqui sim, foi a desilusão total.A carne estava seca e dura, o que convenhamos para as crianças, não foi nada agradável (o meu neto mais velho disse que parecia gomas!!!).As batatas assadas, apresentadas em grandes gomos, estavam ressequidas e de igual modo, duras e sem sabor.O serviço também não foi propriamente rápido mas, louve-se pelo menos, a simpatia e dedicação do empregado, atento e profissional.Resumindo, fiquei desiludido, porque sou do tempo do antigo Requinte e aí sim, comíamos a verdadeira comida tradicional portuguesa - barata e com qualidade.Um pormenor importante, na cerca de hora e meia que permanecemos no restaurante, o telefone, fartou-se de tocar e ninguém atendia as chamadas.Não se deve desprezar, os clientes que nos tentam contactar, pois poderão fartar-se e procurar outras alternativas!No próximo ano, quando voltar de férias, irei procurar outras opções, pois parece-me que, não faltam na zona."

"When staying in Aguda, dining at the restaurants right on the beach is wonderful, but on a very windy evening we decided to walk inland to Sabor a Mar. Here we could enjoy our meal on the terrace in the pretty, protected garden featuring a rabbit, cat, and turtles! We started out with the usual tasty olives and some deep fried little packages of something quite nondescript that were on the greasy side. The rest of our meal was excellent. We had the grilled veal with sausage and bacon and the grilled pork filet, served with French fries and boiled kale. Both dishes were massive. For dessert we had the delicious chocolate mousse cake and the cheesecake, which also was good, although the raspberry topping was extremely sweet. Mention must also be made of the excellent coffee we were served. The waitstaff were very friendly and helpful. Dining at Sabor a Mar definitely was worth the walk from the seaside."
