"Wir waren zum Gänseessen mit Freunden. Den Tisch hatten wir schon Wochen vorher reserviert. Bereits auf dem Parkplatz Schallgeschwindigkeit uns laute Diskomusik entgegen. Drinnen mussten wir noch kurz auf unseren Tisch warten. Man sagte uns, es wären in dem hinteren Raum nicht so laut, also sind wir geblieben. Zum Anfang bestellten wir Aperetifs. Danach wurden wir nach den Speisewünschen gefragt und wir waren schnell entschieden, Gänsebrust oder Keule. Vorher einen Feldsalat. Nach kurzer Wartezeit kam der Aperitif und gleich dabei der Salat. Sehr fix, etwas ungemütlich. Dann kam eine Schale Brot und dann etwas später eine leckere Soße dazu. Gleichzeitig kam die Ganz. Wegen der Getränke zur Hauptgleise musste ich zur Theke gehen. Irgendwie war heute "der Wurm drin". Schade! Zum Desertierte und Absacker und Espresso sind wir dann lieber in eine andere Lokalität gefahren. Das Essen war aber richtig Lecker!!!"

"Very nice place, we've eaten several times. If the weather is after, we like to sit in the beer garden. The service is quick and friendly. The bicycles can be parked in the viewing area."

"One of our favorite cafes, in which I have already arrived with my grandparents, especially the cream milk to the waffles with cherries, was always delicious. A good cup of tea and the view over the valley of the Wupper... It remains to be hoped that the knight's fall will soon be reopened after owner change and Corona and will continue to offer the usual quality."

"After a hike in the mountainous land we have arrived in the waffelhaus. the waffelhaus is also worth a trip directly!Very tasty waffeln (large selection or as a "bergish coffee table big or small)", a friendly service also at full house/full terrace and a beautiful view. we'll be back in any case!"
