"This place is a little rundown but it is your typical greasy spoon kind of restaurant. Had breakfast here before hitting Costco on a quiet Sunday morning. Young waitress was friendly and efficient. Took our order and breakfast was served quickly. Coffee always topped up. The cook makes a great breakfast. the price is reasonable. The only reason we stopped here was because Kate's is closed on Sundays."
