The following week, I ordered the Chicken Curry again, but to my dismay, the same substitute was used. I immediately called the restaurant, only to find out that the manager wouldn't be available until the following week. When I called back the next week and spoke to the manager, he mentioned that he also disliked the substitute and promised to call me back. Unfortunately, I never received a call, so I reached out to him again, and he seemed indifferent to my concerns.

Lovey Chinese offers an excellent dining experience. The service is outstanding, and the staff are incredibly friendly. All the dishes were thoroughly enjoyed, and the portion sizes were just right. The location is also convenient, with ample parking available nearby.

We were looking for an alternative to Bamboo House, but what we experienced was the worst food I've ever eaten. It arrived cold and undercooked. I highly advise against dining here; it was terrible and disgusting. We ended up throwing all the food away.

After placing my order and paying online, my food never arrived. Minutes after the scheduled delivery time, I called the restaurant. They informed me that the driver had tried coming to my house twice and had attempted to call me. However, I was sitting right by my door from shortly before the food was due until some time after, and no one came by. Additionally, I didn't receive any missed calls from the driver. I had already paid for the meal, so I was certainly available to collect it. I requested the restaurant to check the driver's phone records, and they claimed they would verify if there had been any call to my number. Ultimately, I was told that my order would not be delivered that night. The staff member I spoke with was not helpful at all and clearly lacked any sense of customer service. I used to be a frequent customer and had recommended this place to others, but I will no longer be using or recommending this restaurant to anyone. The level of customer service I experienced was very disappointing.

The owner who was serving us was extremely rude and inappropriate, we left after starters but were made to pay for it. Never have I experienced this in a restaurant, unprofessional in every way. Very hurtful comments were made that made me very upset and...uncomfortable. It was supposed to be a very special night for my fiancé and I. I couldn’t believe the words coming out of the waiters mouth. I tried to hide my emotions and get over what was being said, but every time we were being served the waiter insulted one/both of us. Very misogynistic views were shared which angered me. I strongly recommend to never eat there after how we were treated. I truly hope that nobody experiences what we did.
