"Food quality was mediocre, service was friendly but forgot our drink, atmosphere was dead. It’s handy if you are driving through the area as there are very limited options but if you can find somewhere else, I would suggest going there."

"This is by far the worst location in Tim Hortons. The service is incredibly slow and the job accuracy is pretty bad. What Chrissy on the speaker through on the drive, you need to stop calling any baby. Last time I checked you worked at a coffee house, not at a conversation. Show some professionalism."

"We stayed overnite at this hotel this summer and we loved the location because it's right on the cowichan river close to the bridge in the center of town. tim hortons was right across the street and there's a wharf that you can use for...swimming/tubing in the river just down a set of stairs from the parking area. the beds were comfortable and the room was very clean. the air conditioning worked well but the florescent lighting on it was very bright. the room had a fridge and a coffee maker. the customer service at the check in desk was friendly and informative, however apparently they have limited hours for checking in. the room we had was quite small considering we paid 199 plus tax for a room with 2 queen beds. there isnt an elevator and the parking lot is a bit of a walk from the entrance. the noise from the pub was significant and we could hear the music until about 12:30 am. the bathroom sink was also slow to drain.. so overall we enjoyed our stay but felt it was a bit overpriced and noisy in the evening (we were there on a saturday nite). the pub has a nice outdoor seating area but the food and drinks were just ok. we had to wait awhile for our food and they were out of what i wanted. the lime margarita i had was in a small martini glass and over priced for what i received. the food was average quality for an average price. great location for swimming and tubing tho!"

"They were with a brow burger and I had the green giant (black bohnenburger) with the salat. the burger is excellent rival any rindburger I had. loaded with quality. the service was great and the restaurant was clean as the wash kitchen. I usually hate the order of coffee in restaurants, as I am really disappointed in the rules, but the coffee here was really excellent. I recommend this restaurant."
