"We had a beautiful meal, the lamb in particular was stunning. The sommelier was extremely helpful so the great food was accompanied by lovely wine. The restaurant itself had a great decor and layout, a nice nice all together, would definitely return."

"Aucune critique sur la qualité des plats mais 3 heures pour dîner en choisissant le menu et après s'être fait imposer une heure d'arrivée bien précise est difficilement acceptable.Des progrès devront absolument être faits en matière d'organisation faute de quoi la qualité évidente de la cuisine passera au second plan."

"Perfect ski hotel right in the centre of the action. Excellent food, especially the breakfast. Bedrooms (mezzanine) were really nicely specced and cosy. Would recommend."

"After researching places to eat for a birthday, Christmas celebration we made a booking for from England, on arrival no booking was evident but as the place was empty we were accommodated. Menu selections were made and we awaited our meal. Starters arrived with...two soups being cold and one returned. My daughter had the mini burgers, which arrived looking like macaroons and in each was a tiny slither-of local meat and one with a finger tip of aubergine- a better explanation of this bizarre dish would have been well placed. I ordered cod, a simple dish one may have thought, the fish had obviously been frozen and quite possibly been microwaved due to its stringy texture the ambiance was bizarre with people opening the door opposite our table to get access to the balcony to smoke, on returning filling the room with chilly, smoked filled air. Obviously our intention was to eat together to celebrate our holiday and birthday I discreetly went downstairs to inform the alleged manager of the issues we had experienced, she was accommodating and offered aperitifs, I confirmed aperitifs were not necessary as the issue had been with the food. And then for the racklette,,,,, not a difficult concept a slab of local cheese heated until it melts, potatoes and cured meats a dish that is popular and as an establishment has a great profit margin the waiting team were unable to get the equipment to work and eventually draped an extension lead across the stairs to operate the machine. The boiled potatoes arrived in a Pyrex dish, cold! They were returned to the kitchen and clearly pinged through the microwave as the reappeared in a matter of moments. By this time the rest of the party had finished their meals. A comedy of errors, sometimes an establishment has to admit defeat , not ‘Rendez-Vous when we challenged the final bill our waitress had back up from her team, one lady, rolling her eyes and storming off- this is when the manager a different lady to the one I had spoken, came and told us, how she knew everything that had gone on, bad customer service that she had not approached us sooner) she was rude, patronising and would not listen or accept any of our findings clearly the establishment relies on its location and is not interested in repeat business informing a table that they will call the police if we do not pay! It is simply not acceptable to rant that in years no one had had the issues we had experienced and I would strongly suggest this is not true’ as accommodating a party of might not have been so easy) I would recommend your management would benefit from some wider training and possibly a customer service course- their naive approach was evident in short decide what you are, the pizza were fine the rest rubbish, obviously Rendez Vous has a a right to reply however I would suggest you spend your hard earned Euros in one of the more traditional local establishment."

"If you like an fancy lunch during your skiing than you mus tho one day over there when you are @ the 3 V. The staff does a great job, the food is very fresh and nice. There is a nice desert buffet and the one list has a lot of choice. Inside you have the nice mountain atmosphere an outside an incredible nice terrace. But in the end you pay much to match. One you are ready to pay for a good lunch in the 3 v's I would recommend to go to Chalet the Pierre or the Cap Horn in Courchevel, you are in the same prices but over there everything is just a little bit more sophisticated."
