"Doesn't anyone care about the customer experience anymore? Is it not important to the owner that his business violates this epic international brand to not mention his income? A little about me....I'm 64, retired and busy. I am a frequent customer of this place. Mostly coffee, fast...bites. Here's the thing. You usually get it wrong. It doesn't matter if I'm super clear on the order. I still get milk in my coffee when I asked for black. I'm asking for Sausage McMuffin... no egg? Is it a bad training? No. Very weak management. So let's change the big M front on a F for FAIL ."

"So after A great family dinner I enjoy a Great Coffee. That did not happen here. I went here for the first and last time. After waiting 4-5 mintues in drive thru , thought it might be faster to go to store front, that wasnt the case here. There was 2 people ahead of me. drive thru SLOWLY moving. 2 -3 people on drive thru, and 1 on store front. There was maybe 6-7 people in store front. the FLOOR Manager????!!!???? if thats what you would like to call this women was ignoring the fact that her team member was clearly struggling with cashing out and fillig orders as she was sooo busy focusing on drive thru- Not a big deal you would think, another person then comes on and goes to drive thru. customers in store front didnt get helped for a good 5 min before the first one go helped. I finially spoke up and asked why so many people on drive thru and only one person on store front, didnt make any sense. This is When the FLOOR MANAGER Shannon got real rude- this is how they work and if i didnt like it dont come back. huh is that how customer service has really come down to- floor managers telling you to get out pretty much or shut up? after this she walk into the back of house, so i commented- saying thats really going to help her staff by walking off??? I have been a supervior for tim hortons and worked as a store front employee for the past ten years and i must say Newfoundland has the worst by far customer service and order filling skills i have EVER seen. But finialy when they got to me good 10 min later, the FLOOR MANAGER in all her glory wanted to serve me when i got to the cash she says to me " just so u know i didnt want to puke infront of you" AWESOME!!!!!! not only did u just tell me not to come back to a store you dont own but you are at work serving people alllll day long and getting sick at work because your ill. GREAT. then I said well if you cant handle these line up with the staff you have maybe u should ask for more staff????? she says this is what them managers gave us we have to deal with it. well then. WHO IS THE MANAGER THAT MADE THIS SHANNON GIRL THE FLOOR MANAGER.????? AND WHO IS THE OWNER BECAUSE YOU MAY WANT TO RETHINK THE PEOPLE YOU HIRE. I WILL BE CONTACTING THE Tim Hortons office because these Tim hortons not only have horrible tasting coffee that doesnt taste anything like it should being as i worked for Tim Hortons it taste like sewer water!!!! clean or calibrate these machine much????"
