"Not the best looking hotel, but very clean, everything they want in a room, personal was beautiful. I had read the reviews and booked a room with a private bathroom that we had. the shower was fantastic. we used the bar and restaurant, but...we didn't know that they didn't open every day and night, the food and service were fantastic and good value for money. I would recommend this place to anyone who visits st malo"

"We needed a break from the tourist in the old st. malo and found this small bar and restaurant, right at the rue de dinan rue broussais (the main roads when they get through the south gate). Irish beer including guinness and fortunately some beautiful French weine. after a cozy hour or so we have refreshed our journey properly."

"By the entrance to the supermarket, food for a coffee stop before or after shopping. Lunch time there is a self serve buffet entree and a selection of main course dishes with fruit or desert and a drink included for less than 10 €. Queue round for the entree the collect main and dessert before reaching the till to pay. There are micro waves to bring the meal back to temperature if required. Not at all bad for the price."

"Very modern and cool place for thouth who love le grain sarassin As i come from the country where this is what our diet is based on for me it is fun to find such love for this product somewhere else, because usually people in the west do not use it. So choice of galettes is big and interesting, list of ciders is loooooong, though i had a nice bottle of morgon Nice"

"This is an excellent restaurant with fine French cuisine in the heart of St Malo. Beurre Bordier is an institution so you must try the experience and enjoy the butter tasting with different flavors. Main courses and deserts were perfect! Highly recommend!"

"Four adults (two foodies are in St Malo for two weeks staying in an apartment. We have eaten out every other day at restaurants in the dining dining list for more than a week. This has been our best meal this trip. (We haven’t been to the top rated restaurant yet but have been there in the past. Each of our meals was beautifully presented and delicious. All were perfectly cooked and seasoned. All were flavorful. It was har to pick a favorite starter or dessert. We had the tuna tartar and the lamb tartine to start and the steak, lieu jaune (fish/pollack and lobster risotto as our main course. A surprising inclusion of vegetables thrilled me. We all cleaned our plates! A lovely red wine was recommended and paired beautifully. Desserts were also delicious- profiteroles, the evening special (raspberry tiramisu and an apple/pineapple one. We made reservations to return again before we leave!"

"Nous avons voulu tester ce resto sur solidor loin de la foule agitee d intra muros.Quelle belle découverte !!!!Les plats sont très fins, très bien cuisinés et le café gourmand est délicieux.Cadre sobre et accueil poli et discret. Nous y reviendrons dès que possible."
