Well what can I say? What are the other users accustomed to? We came after a a recommendation of our host, at the SPA Mouliniere (outstanding) and oh what a pity. The tune fillet I got was not only overcooked but full of nerves and...the exact contrary of what it should have been: brown and impossible to chew instead of pink and soft to the fork!
