"Nous avons été manger un menu de chasse. Service impecable avec du personnels très agréables ainsi que les patrons. Ambiance chaleureuse. Prix correcte. (entrée, premier plat, sorbet,2ème plat et dessert pour moin de 80.-frs. Il nous a été servie une mise en bouche et à la fin du repas avec les café on nous a donné des petites part de tarte au pomme.) Local très agréable."

"Ce restaurant perché dans la montagne avec une vue panoramique porte en effet bien son nom. Jolie terrasse extérieure, endroit très calme.Carte très concise, viandes, mets au fromage,... Rapport qualité prix reste raisonnable. Mais frites de piètre qualité!!Par contre vin au verre servi beaucoup trop frais et qualité du vin au verre très moyenne.À nouveau café servi sans même une petite douceur sucrée. Dommage!"

"I had lunch there during a hike along the picturesque cultural trail from ausserberg to raron. the restaurant is located in the picturesque village st. german directly near the church. the restaurant is small, but with a warm and cozy atmosphere. Thumbs-up...for the warm welcome of the renter who was friendly and efficient throughout the lunchtime. you man is the chef de cuisine; he took the time to come out and greet all the guests who is always a much appreciated gesture. he even gave me some hiking tips in the opposite! as a starter I decided for sauteed scallops with zitrus risotto and spade: delicate and full taste. as main course I chose the perchfilets with morels. the fish was cooked for perfection tender and delicate. when dessert I had edible with ice cream marinated: sweet and refreshing. my whole lunch included johannisberg, champagne water and coffee, was quite expensive, but it was definitely worth it."
