"Lovely place we stopped for a quick lunch, lovely staff good choice of menu but not best adaptable would like to have the options to have more vegetarian options. Also no options for gluten and dairy free."

"Burnham was crowded with tourists, but this lovely little cafe down the quiet end of the High Street was perfect for a relaxed lunch. We had delicious paninis, followed by a yummy pecan slice. We enjoyed it so much we lingered for more drinks after...eating. It's hidden away in the quiet end of town but is well worth a visit!"

"I've been coming to this cafe since I was small. It may have changed hands over the years but the quality of service and food has not. The food was lovely, the double bacon cheeseburger was one of the best my partner has had. I had the cottage pie which was piping hot and full of meat. The young lady serving was attentive and so pleasant. The couple cooking were lovely too. Its good, home cooked food within a lovely atmosphere. Its still as good as I remember it from my last visit 12 years ago. It brought back some lovely happy memories. If you are looking for a place for breakfast, lunch, a light bite or just a lovely cappuccino, then come to The Galley in Burnham."

"It's been there years and still delivers great milkshake same location just as more varied menu was only an ice cream parlour as I can remember Parents had caravan there so this place was a great treat"

"Really enjoyed a high quality meal. good service in a very pleasant atmosphere. the pots resemble epic American size and they can easily make a full meal from just one appetizer and dessert. the filetsteak I had was the best I had outside. the very varied menu and the presentation of each teller were carefully thought out. delicious after dinner coffee and chocolate. I would recommend it and will definitely come back!"

"We met a friend here for lunch and having never been here before didn’t know what to expect. The bar area and garden room was quite pleasant with a nice log fire burning in the main bar area. The food menu was quite extensive and...what we ordered was very tasty and well presented. The steak and kidney pie was one of the best I’d had in a pub and presented like no other I had seen before. My wife and our friend had fish which they enjoyed very much. If I was to be critical then I would say the food could be served hotter or on hot plates but that is being a little picky. It was unfortunate that there was no one else in the pub whilst we were there so there was no ambiance. However we will definitely return but probably not until the new year."
