"Auf unserer Langlauf-Tour wollten wir Mittagspause machen: nach 20min Wartezeit trotz nur ca. 8 Gästen mussten wir Speisekarte selbst holen - als nach weiteren 15min der Kellner immer noch auf sich warten liess, haben wir unseren eigenen Tee getrunken und sind hungrig wieder gegangen."

"We visited. St. Moritz last month. I booked directly with the hotel . They were very quick in replying and communicating. From. Train station we took bus no 3. It was 3 rd stop Schulhausplatz. This hotel from bus stop is up,the hill . Any...one with knee problem or older people will have problem going up with luggage. It is about good 5 minutes from the bus stop unless one takes taxi from the railway station. Their shower was super high tech and we had to take help as to how to operate. Water pressure was excellent . There is no. Air conditioner like most of Switzerland though it cools down in night during September months . Though lots of guests bragg about their pizza , I was not crazy and was not impressed unfortunately. Breakfast was ok . Unfortunately every time u needs coffee or hot water u have to ask . I wish they provide coffee ,hot water ,hot milk in a pot to avoid extra work for them as most of the guests like second of any hot drink in the morning ."

"After walking around the lake before a rain shower we were quite glad to find a nice normal place to eat in St Moritz. We were lucky that there was a small group of tourists having dinner there so they were open after 6pm. The fish and chips were delicious, made with the local fish. The local rösti was also quite good. The prices are surprisingly normal eventhough you are in St. Moritz. As others have mentioned the view, staff and atmosphere are quite refreshing."

"The store is very pretty and the stage is at the height of confectionery-pâtisserie. production and quality are known in many countries. only on the service left me on my flies. a very welcoming salesman can smile unexistent and not at all attentive to customer service. She continued to work and did not pay attention to my requests. I interrupted talking to her and she asked me what I wanted to do while continuing her occupations. "It is interesting to see the binary voting that gets chesa chantarella; the people seem to love or hate the place. we arrived without reservation on a sunny day by midday and had a wonderful experience. the service was great, eating tasty and looking beautiful. that means that we are clearly falling in the beloved camp. Maybe we had luck, but our lunch was wonderful."
