"Ordered 2 separate dishes disappointed that one of the meals arrived without the rice that the menu states is automatically included.. Although, the manager apologised by highlighting it as human error, he remained reluctant to accept this has impacted on the meal/evening that had been specifically ordered for a diabetic who requires regulated meals. However, it was stated the only option offered is having the remaining part of the order sent out based on the surrounding circumstances I feel a kind gesture, such as prawn crackers or bottle of pop could have been included.. After all that the appetite was ruined food was left. i feel the quality of food has changed dramatically from how it used to be. This includes, the poor quality/shocking delivery of customer service."

"This place honestly has the most delicious fish chips. Always fresh and perfect. A little pricey but the quality is always there. The only concern I've ever had is the older looking female worker who can be a bit rude sometimes but the younger...workers and owner is lovely. Definitely would recommend."

"Myself and my Husband visited Cafe Rouge, The Mail Box on Saturday 10th September for my Husband's birthday meal.As Always we enjoy the experience very much,as we alway's do. Very friendly attentive staff,and a good choice of food on the menus.Plus because they are one of the group of retaurant's where you can use your Tesco's Club Card Voucher's a meal that should have cost 73.15 cost 33.15! I would recommend this particular Cafe Rouge to anyone!"

"Mediocre place. Is lovely on the inside but the service and food were terrible. Food was lukewarm/cold. So disappointed since it was a special occasion with the family. I ordered a medium rib-eye but a lot of it was cooked to medium rare which I don’t enjoy. Took an hour for our mains to be served to us. Probably would have waited longer if we didn’t speak up and say. Definitely not what we expected. So upset with how it has been. Such a shame the staff are terribly trained in cooking steaks and just basic customer service."

"Top quality food. The Thai monkfish has to be one of the finest dishes I have ever tasted in my life, and I lived with a Thai cook for 6 years! Staff are super friendly and helpful. Atmosphere is lively but at the same time you don't feel on show and under scrutiny of other diners. I went to celebrate my 40th with a couple of close friends and it really delivered a memorable experience. The only thing which struck is as a little odd was that we didn't see one East Asian member of staff throughout the entire night, which subtracted from the authenticity. Would recommend Rofuto in a heartbeat to anyone looking for something different, or just for some great food and service."
