Bromford Fish - Birmingham

What Tom Moore likes about Bromford Fish:
This place honestly has the most delicious fish chips. Always fresh and perfect. A little pricey but the quality is always there. The only concern I've ever had is the older looking female worker who can be a bit rude sometimes but the younger...workers and owner is lovely. Definitely would recommend. View all feedback.

What Dean Graham doesn't like about Bromford Fish:
2 hours after the order to deliver for my fish and chips. no contact from the restaurant to let us know that there would be a delay, no apology or explanation. when the food arrived, it was 9:35 and we ordered at 7:30 o'clock. I asked for a refund by only eating and they ignored it until the following day, then denied by sending bad weather delay. we live a 7-minute drive away so that this is ridiculous. batter was soggy and the paper was stuck on it, so when we unwounded it, the whole teig stuck on the paper and hardly remained on the fish. chips were very fat. the next morning had a very annoyed.
