"Usually quite like Prezzo but the last couple times I've been to this one the staff haven't been exactly on it in terms of paying attention. Had to wait quite a while before I even got offered a drink, then even longer before it got to the table. Food was similarly not that fast, which would be ok if it was outstanding but last time the calzone came out largely cold and undercooked with some of the cheese not even melted. I do have to praise their allergen choices. I can't eat cheese and my partner can't have gluten but Prezzo caters effortlessly for that element and ultimately the pizzas did taste good and their non dairy cheese was as good as any of the other similar chains."

"Despite all the good reviews we were really disappointed. Taking a late booking we arrived to be told that there were only two portions of carvery left as they had been very busy, we were then told if they were running out then they usually phoned those who have booked. We received no such courtesy. The staff must have been really tired from their busy afternoon because we had to wait for an hour before seeing any food. We didn't order a dessert (much to my grandson's disappointment) simply because we didn't have another hour to be mucked about. The food was in decent sized portions but the quality was distinctly average. Prices are about what one would expect. Unlikely we shall visit again I hope they can up their game. "Absolutely delicious, authentic Italian cuisine. penne all’arrabbiata were skrumbling. the salat was also beautiful. and the panna cotta was not excessively sweet, as some make it. and the coffee? real Italian taste, served in a hot cup as we in italia. it was great, great choice, and I'm back when I get back to aylesbury!"

"Was not aware that only had a limited menu on sundays. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The food on the other hand was below par. Dry and overcooked potatoes some burnt Dry meat. Informed food would be late due to Yorkshire’s being freshly made which they were but everything else was just ok. Lovely setting though."
