"We were just passing through Bloem and needed to stop for dinner, didn’t realize we would have such a fantastic experience. Sharon was our waitress and made us feel like we were visiting more than sitting at a restaurant, Italian Hospitality in the middle of the Free State! Their cocktail specials were delicious and the Pizza was some of the best I’ve had in a long time. Dare I say, I would return to Bloem for a visit at Bella Casa? "

"Gave them 5 stars a year ago. Never going there again. Decor starting to look run down, with service to match. In spite of the restaurant not being very full, more than an hour after placing our order, we eventually decided to find food elsewhere. No explanation offered, nor an attempt to offer as much as a bun."

"We experienced friendly, attentive service for an enjoyable and inexpensive meal on a quiet Sunday evening. The plentiful fresh veg table salad was delicious, as were the panko zucchini sticks. Just the right amount of fresh for a light dinner for two with a large sparkling water for R220 with tip."

"Very traditional but nice. This was more a place for the locals. It seemed we were there on Bloemfontein's date night. Waiters were friendly. The food on the other hand was extremely tradional and only some New York theme incorporated. Overall nice restaurant."
