"Sat early for dinner (round and satisfied with the menu, there was a good choice of different means of life. we sat within seconds, even if we had no reservations. we were sitting within minutes. there was a beautiful atmosphere with local music in the background, only at the right level. the service was fast. we ordered appetizers and main dishes. we ordered the fried calamari, carpaccio de lomo and ceviche mixto. the calamaris were excellent, but we both thought they were better with a spicy sauce. the sauce they came with felt like a tartare short on taste. the ceviche was really fresh with good arome and beautiful texture, but also a bit on the side of the country, the bite that the leche de tigre usually has and salt. there was actually not even a hauch of spicy, the carpaccio de lomo was fresh and served with arugula, but the meat was a bit too thin and this dish was also lacking in taste. we found out that the parmesan was a bit hard (as if he had been cut a long time) and would have been better than shave than the big discs that made it. it was rather a one-dimensional, in the necessity of something like wobble or cabling, or lemon zeste, black pfeffer. or something! as main dishes we ordered the punta de anca steak and lagostino reventado al brandy. again it was fresh. lagostinos were beautifully made, the risotto that it came excellent, but the basken de yucca seemed like a tease. I came in plates when it had been a more beautiful, more attractive presentation in just one. the steak was boiled properly, but the fat had not been trimmed at all, so that the part is huge blobs of fat. it came with potato wedges and an salad, both nice, but their chimichurri needs improvement (was also bland and tasteless.) all dishes lacked to season as if the kitchen ran out of salt nut the fresh and execution was on point and even over par. we enjoyed our meal until the live band started playing. not that the clam was not nice, they were talented, but it was so loud that we could not converse anymore. we couldn't hear what the waitress said. it was so loud that we decide to skip dessert. it was as if it were in a discotheque...music too loud for a restaurant. When he talked to a friend, he told me he went once and never went back for the live band. So I suggest that people get away early when the show starts. I would go back to try some other dishes, but I would be there as soon as they open and would bring a salt shaker and maybe a hot sauce."
