"Waited 45 mins for food to come, which was wrong then got it changed then wrong again thinly third time lucky but it turns out the chicken in the burger was raw bright pink inside they offered to bring another but at this point I wasn't impressed so asked for full refund first meal out without the kids to be ruined first time using this nandos as was close to the hospital that we had just been too"

"Didn’t plan on eating here in particular, we just happened to come across the place. So glad we did! The staff were very friendly and took our temperatures before we were seated. They were friendly, welcoming and couldn’t do enough for us, what a credit to the business! Myself and a friend ordered starts and mains mine are pictured. Well the food was fantastic and reasonably priced for the high quality we received. Naturally we both ordered dessert out of pure gluttony because the food was so good. Honestly, next time I visit Durham I will be going here for food before trying anywhere else. Thank you to all the staff there! 10/10."

"Small and quaint with fantastic food and great service. I have a lot of food allergies and intolerances and they couldn't do enough. The food was brilliant, very tasty, well presented but a good quantity. This is now my favourite restaurant in Durham."

"The building is absolutely stunning and so full of character. Our waitress, Kirsty was very friendly and attentive and as for the food everything cooked to perfection. I asked for pink lamb, and it was pink, soft and delicious. The accompanying fondant potato was soft and huge! The dressed crab comes with separate mayonnaise, which is a great idea you mix it to your own taste. The potted duck was delicious and had excellent texture. I would definitely eat there again."
