"A Greek feeling from start to finish Such a welcoming place! the hospitality, prompt service, pragmatic set menus, the traditional music, the clapping, the crowds. Ah, and of course, the great traditional food was part of that experience too : The stuffed zucchini and the pita with dips were fabulous and the calamari so tender. Dessert was flaky yummy custard-filled treat with strong coffee. The white Greek wine was sweet and smooth. Booking a table for a Saturday night was easy within 24 hours and it was surprising because the place was packed with groups! Price was very reasonable as the unparalleled entertainment was ever present. Highly recommended. We'd go back any time."

"Haven't been to Jolly for years, and we went back on Friday night, and the foods are still good and friendly services. We missed our fun and lovely waiter Kenny, who has been working there for a long time. Hope he will return soon. "Great food, nice ambiance and lovely service. My mum and I shared the chilli crab linguine and the handmade provencale gnocchi, both were amazing. So much flavour, I was in heaven!! Service from Isha was friendly and warm, she made the experience very enjoyable. Will definitely be back to try more things."

"We organised a 55th Birthday surprise for Mike for the 26th September with 18 close friends. The restaurant table looked incredible, and the ambience was relaxed and classy. Rishi was so helpful with the planning, he went out of his way to accomodate all of my requirements. Also the restaurant provided wonderful service and food on the night, the waiter was so courteous and served the table with a smile, certainly a trait not found in every venue! Our guests raved about the food and many of them are locals and have a good idea of what works in Avalon, most of them had already been to dine at the restaurant and all will be back! I can't thank you enough for the hospitality, friendly service and beautiful food! See you soon :"

"Loving the current gluten free and lactose free menu Summersalt! Keep up the good work ! It’s nice when restaurants put the effort in either creating a separate menu and/or providing delicious alternatives instead of just ‘removing the gluten or dairy items’ and I end up with boring food on a plate! The beetroot lamb is delicious! Just wish the desserts were available"
