"Each week we order in lunch for about people who are still coming in to the office , during the Covid pandemic. This week we chose Blue Olive and it was excellent! Owner Jimmy took our order, supplied cutlery and napkins, delivered the order...himself; everything arrived hot and the order was accurate. Everyone really enjoyed their lunch and the serving size/quality was top notch. We had chicken skewer plates, moussaka plates and pastichio plates. ALL WERE DELICIOUS! If you’re looking for a takeout lunch or delivery ... try Blue Olive !!! Their family specials, dinners and desserts are also wonderful."

"I went to Barrington Steakhouse for dinner last week and it was AMAZING! Excellent, very attentive service and a wonderful meal. The live entertainment in the bar is a really nice touch. I stayed for an extra drink just to enjoy the music and the bar atmosphere! Highly recommend Barrington for a nice evening out in the city."

"A very good restaurant in the interior of halifax. portions were large enough. all the meals we had there, where just perfect. prices very appropriate for the quality of food. "The food was fantastic, the portion was quite huge and the whole place is gorgeous.Although it indicated in the menu that there might be cross contamination, I asked for gluten free and vegan (to avoid lactose) and they were so careful! Even brought the gluten free bun on a separate plate in case I was vegan and did not feel comfortable with eggs touching my food.Honestly one of the best experiences I have had i a really long time eating out with a few food intolerances.Could never say enough good things about it, it is just absolutely FANTASTIC!"

"My husband and I stopped in for a drink and some appetizers and we were thrilled! We sat at a booth by the bar, had a very pleasant waiter who recommended the mussels and Ceaser salad. So glad we went with his recommendations! Good size serving of mussels with lots of garlic, Chablis wine and butter broth, some orange peel and lemon. A couple of garlic toasts to absorb the broth were great too! Mussels were small and delicious. The ceaser salad had homemade croutons, shaves of Parmesan and a delicious dressing. We loved the mussels so much we went back the next night! Highly recommend!"
