"We love eating and eating here whenever we are in horsham. sad, yesterday an extremely rude customer, ruined the experience for all diners by calling the waitress and finally the poor, annoyed junior manager. it was clear for all other diners, this table of 3 ladies and their children ate all their food and was clear after a free meal. I felt terrible for the personal, as this was the most lively attack on the people, just trying to do their jobs."

"Just had dinner there tonight and paid by Tesco vouchers .That was the stupidest thing as I gave the waiter my phone to get the code from them .I know I had 3 vouchers £30 ,£1..30 £9.00 .When we got back to our hotel .I checked my vouchers and £9.00 and gone .Checked my receipt,the bill £34.55 and he took all the vouchers .To say I am angry is an understatement.and we paid £3.20 for drinks .All he had to do was ask and we would have paid more money and not loose the £9.00"

"It is tough sometimes when you are not a seafood lover but your dining part is. Most places have an acceptable provision or two, but alas, Legal fails miserably! While my husband did enjoy his lobster, our chicken sandwich had the taste and texture of a dirty burned potholder and the salad was dry and tasteless. It is sad they cannot serve the non fish eater as well as the fish eater. In addition, the lack condiments. You can get a burger but they have no mustard. Kids can get chicken fingers, but they have no sauce. They need to do a bit better!"
