"We came in on 2nd of January at 6.30 pm. Restaurant seemed quiet. 30 mins later, it got really busy. There was only one staff waiting on tables and one for drinks. They didn’t expect this day to get busy and they were short on drinks and some mains to due to delivery issues. In other establishment you would possibly expect chaos, complaints, angry customers due to shortage of staff and some dishes. I have to say huge thanks to Charlene the waiting staff who has stayed absolutely calm Under pressure, friendly, kept the atmosphere really enjoyable with her colleague and the food was absolutely lovely. It has been such enjoyable night. Big Thank you girls!"

"Visiting from London on our second night for a long weekend getaway. Food atmosphere fantastic with the mafia backdrops/ traditional Italian music! The waitress was very attentive, warm, polite chatty- she made it a great night. Shame we couldn’t say this about the miserable waiter (Italian with a ponytail). Rude when offering wine list to my mum taking away our plates- no warmth and was grumpy like he didn’t want to be there. Only two other tables with customers he asked them both how their food was- but not ours. Girl said bye/ thank you as we left but he ignored us. Young toddler at another table had more manners than him. Unfortunately brought down our rating. If you can’t be polite you’re in the wrong place!"

"Visited on at Terrible customer service, when they take you to the table. Customer service seems more concerned if you vouchers or not. I had a cash voucher but still ask to show as some no longer valid. Even I said was a cash voucher still want to see it. Which was rather annoying. If Bella Italia don't won't to give vouchers simply stop with this deals. Customer service with other staff good thou. Food was a bit tasteless. No non alcoholic beer or cider simply not acceptable. We are in If there was a review for less then i would give it."

"Pleasant and cosy place. The staff were very friendly and dogs are allowed. In fact, there is even a doggie table where you can get a bowl of water and a dog treat. The food was okay and pleasant enough but not outstanding. Unfortunately, we had to wait quite a long time between courses but staff seemed rushed off their feet. We thought it’s probably down to the same problem you see elsewhere in restaurants: a lack of personnel in the wake of Brexit. Website is great and welcoming with some interesting offers if you sign up or download their app. Would be happy to try again as the atmosphere was very pleasant."
