"Restaurant was under staffed. We waited 1 hour and 10 minutes for 4 pasta dishes. It wouldnât have been that big of a deal, but we never got water/drink refills. Several tables that came in after us were served quickly. We finally just gave up, paid for our appetizer and left."

"After our wedding in La Jolla, ourselves and many of our guests kept the party going at Hennessey's! We worked with them ahead of time to reserve a room and to have late night snacks ready for us when we arrived. Everything went great! The space was clean, the food was great, and service was perfect!"

"Sadly Disappointing This is a place where we have dined many times in the past. It used to be great, but lately, the last times we have visited it has really been a disappointment. Last night, we returned the Ceasar Salad which was bitter and wilted, and we returned the Rib Eye that we ordered Medium and came well done. Our server was not particularly attentive either.. We've only given it so many additional chances because of how good it used to be in the past, and because I always feel the manager is responsive to our petitions. I hope this restaurant can go back to its glory days"

"The 100 olive trees, the mood and atmosphere in herringbone is perfect for termine nights, family nights or just a fun evening with friends. large bar and cocktail menu. even though the weeping list can be even more extensive, it found limitation. oysters and lobster rolls were fantastic, a few vegetarian on the menu would help!"
