"This place is an old dining room and breakfast in the best style. eating is like the old style eating the pancakes the waffel and the eier benedict is good. it is hard to find eier benedikt, which is actually good. the prices are fair for what they get. customer service is ok could be a little better, but they are always busy so I understand that they do not meet their needs like refill drinks quickly they wait a bit for a table, but it is really worth it."

"I passed by this place many times but didn't think about stopping by as it looked small and dated. Then I read on Neighbor app this restaurant it actually good sp decided to give it a try. I was pleasantly surprised when I walked in. It's much larger than it looks from the outside and the cahier was so helpful and friendly. He patiently explained different dishes, the specials they had that evening even made recommendations. I thought it was a good sign when I saw an LBPD officer picking up boxes of food when I walked in. The first time, I got food to go. About a week later, my husband and I dined in. There were many others dining in and they all appeared to be familiar with the menu, staff and the restaurant. The decor is dated but it made me feel nostalgic. : We will definitely visit this restaurant again in the near future."

"Delicious food! I got the smoked salmon eggs Benedict, my husband had the salmon scramble and also the blueberry waffle. It was phenomenal!!! If we ever visit Long Beach again, I’ll definitely eat here more than once! Staff was friendly and kept our coffee topped up!"

"Hosted a friends going away dinner. Parking was easy. Parked in garage and took elevator straight to lobby where restaurant located. Food was okay, I’m picky so did not need the extra fancy rice and topping on the salmon $30). Server was great, gave us free shots and free liquor soaked peaches. I don’t drink though so can’t speak to taste. Overall great."

"I have loved this restaurant any other time I've gone, but, for downtown dining, the food was outright terrible. All three of us HATED the food, and it's unfortunate that I place I've highly regarded in the past could serve such horrendous food. Extremely disappointing and a giant waste of money and time."
