"I have been aiming to find a good Thai place for years after the one in Salinas closed down. This place tops that and more! The food is amazing, big portions with low prices. The service is awesome, staff is super sweet. Food and drinks come fast. I leave full and happy. Not once have I had a bad dish. I would rate this more if I could. "Tommy's is not your average Mom Pop breakfast place. Cost $4.75 for eggs, toast, hash browns, 3 silver dollar pancakes. Don't expect fancy but, it is fast. Not a lot of choices but. Very affordable. No burgers and 3 kinds of sandwiches. A few sides. Not fancy, not big, but fast."

"This is the kind of place where you can 't wait to tell your friends, but they tell you they have this great restaurant they can 't wait to tell YOU about, and it turns out to be the same place! Prices are so low I wonder how they can make any money. Portions are authentic and more than generous. Take out is available, too. Abundant menu selections. Recommended: Hot and sour soup. It is the best I have ever had and many people say that, too. It 's loaded with veggies, shrimp, tofu, etc. If you get a bowl, be prepared to share it, because they serve a lot. I also liked the squid (OK, calamari for those who cringe at the name squid and the various Chow Mein offerings. Be careful where you sit, as sometimes off to the right-hand side, there can be a draft when the door opens. Feel free to bring your own favorite chop sticks, but if you don 't have any, they will have some of the generic ones for you."

"Visited on a Saturday evening around 5:00 pm. There was only one other table occupied at the time. Was looking forward to trying the pupusa's but was disappointed to learn that they weren't serving them that evening. The coconut prawns where delicious and the chicken piccata was excellent, I was especially impressed with the freshness of the veggies served with the entree. I did find the servings to be a bit small for the price. So I am giving a four out of five stars."

"We live real close to this little gem of a local's place! The service is so friendly and amazing that it makes you want to come all the time- homey! The food is the best we have ever had because their waffle fries are to die for no joke! You have to try them! I love inside and the decor with all the pints on the ceiling, great for a pic like I did. Will be back and you should too :"

"QQ noodles is by far our favorite and go to spot for the best Pho in Monterey county. We've been a fan since the day they opened. From the time they opened to this current day, they have been consistent with their menu and service.I believe they are a spin-off of another local noodle, Pho place down the street, not naming names. I say this because their menu is exactly the same.In order for Pho to be good, great or the best, the broth needs to have that flavor. There are many Pho places that their broth taste like water, no flavor. When other Pho places make their Pho like that, it's noticeable. QQ noodles Pho broth has that flavor. They've put some time, effort and love into making it. You don't even have to add anything to make it better, just the way it comes.They have a variety of Pho to choose from, with a variety of meats and seafood. Their basil, bean sprouts, jalapenos and lime are fresh and plentiful. If you're not feeling Pho, their rices dishes and vermicelli noodles are delicious and satisfying too. They also have vegan on the menu. Their apps are so good, it's a must. Boba teas, fruit teas, and milk teas are well known and a must when dining here. Perfect pair to having anything on the menu.Highly recommend when in the area.Vegetarian options: Many to choose from. Delicious!Kid-friendliness: Great environment for kids.Parking: Plenty of parking. No issues."

"Very good Korean Galbi. Had eaten there twice for dinner. Quick service from seating, taking order, serving the food and checking on you, and then the bill. Only thing I noticed both times, they don 't offer refills on the banchan. They don 't ask if you want more, even when two dishes are empty. Instead they pick up the empty dish and walk off. Now don 't get confused when I said 'they check up on you ' a few minutes after putting your entree down. After that it 's coming by to refill tea and taking away empty dishes. Service Non-verbal at this point, before dropping off the bill. I wonder because of the small restaurant and limited capacity, they 're pushing for quick turnover??? Food is excellent and the banchan delicious!"
