"I just arrived in Medicine Hat for a long work stay, and this was my first stop on my restaurant hunt, and it did not disappoint! The atmosphere and decor is lovely, not too high end, but warm and inviting. I sat in the lounge...as I was solo dining and it was just as nice in there. The service was attentive and friendly, you can tell the manager (sandy? is a favourite and makes everyone feel at home. I had the Alberta sirloin entree-medium rare. The steak was cooked closer to rare with a cooler red centre, but I prefer it that way anyways. The sun-dried tomato herb butter on top was to die for. The potatoes were so cheesy and delicious as well. I recommend the gold Cadillac margarita if you’re looking for a good cocktail as well. Lots of friendly people and a fun local dining experience, I’ll be back for sure!"

"Went with my Mom we had appies to share. Let me tell you that the whipped feta tomato app was epic! We also had guacamole chips so fresh the chicken lettuce wraps were very yummy! Service was good . Our...server was Bayleigh and she was very pleasant to deal with as were the the hostess and the male staff member who opened the restaurant door for us. Everywhere I went in the restaurant was very clean tidy and there were several hand sanitizer stations available for use."

"My husband booked a table for the Valentines day Special, and although the service was very good, we were very disappointed in the food, and the value for our money. There was a Valentines menu with 3 choices of appetizer, a few main courses, and 2 desserts. The appetizers were far from delicious, the main meal was very average, and the dessert very disappointing. My husband had the chocolate lava cake, which was pretty average, and I had the strawberry dessert. It was a little pink sauce on top of a very very burnt tasting meringue. I had one bite and couldn't eat another. To walk out of there with a bill of over $100 seemed like a lot for a disappointing meal. Probably won't return in the near future."

"We come to this location a lot for suppers, and have always been satisfied with the service and meals. However, we went today for brunch and it was quite opposite. I ordered the state scrambler which said it was made with hash browns (no mention of eggs). I am highly intolerant to eggs, and this was one of my only options. I also had to request my fruit which come with the meal. The waitress said to me "this is a garnish but I can get you some." My boyfriend ordered the banana bread French toast. His order did not come with the fruit either, nor the brown sugar butter. Highly disappointed in their brunch quality. The service was slow (the restaurant was quiet too). We will not return for brunch."
