"I loved my evening dining at the bar. The head bartender, Mark, was amazing! He made you feel welcomed by using your name with your order. He was charming and very knowledgeable about drinks. His service was impeccable. I enjoyed great conversation with him, the second bartender Guy and the friendly regulars. My meal was delicious, the filet and mushroom salad and dessert of chocolate and peanut butter cake. Thank you!!!"

"What a terrific evening we had at this place. Our server, Sherry, truly did an exceptional job. She had excellent drink, wine, and food recommendations and her timing was impeccable. Our dinner was delicious. We shared the triple creme brie appetizer, which basically changed our lives. We both wanted the same entree, the grilled tenderloin, and it was perfectly prepared. The restaurant itself is very attractive, with a warm and welcoming ambience. The only bad thing about the City Grill is that it is 6 hours away from our home, so we won't be able to come as often as we'd like!"

"If you want hair in your food come to hibachi suchi.Sadly a staple in my family was ruined by the horrible staff/owners not owning up to their kitchen mistakes. Today we ate at the hibachi sushi restaurant. While my mother was eating her food she saw a big chunk of hair in her mushrooms. Disgusted we told the manager. She knew that it was hair and told us she would give us a discount. My mother felt sick and didn’t want to eat the rest of the food in the buffet. When the check came it was discounted to THREE DOLLARS. mind you we aren’t people to ask for refunds but it was unfair for us to pay her meal when SHE DIDNT EAT ANYTHING AFTER THE HAIR SHE FOUND. The people upfront didn’t agree as they stated we could get more “new” food. I had to argue back and forth just to get her food refunded. Also when I was showing them the photo they DELETED THIS PICTURE FROM MY PHONE. As a server myself, I understand things happen. However for the manager to not understand that we didn’t trust their food and to give us a fair discount It’s unacceptable behavior and greedy behavior on their part. Other restaurants would have given a refund immediately as they know there shouldn’t be hair in someone’s food therefore looking out for their customers . It would have not come to that point if only they accepted their mistakes."

"New to the area and went yesterday for my birthday. The food was absolutely amazing, the server was very friendly, but not too menu knowledgeable. We had other birthday plans afterwards so the fast service was a big plus. Overall an awesome experience we will definitely go again!"

"We loved it! we went to church for the first time and will definitely return. the service was great and the food was delicious. I'm not a person who loves fish, but the white fish was the best I've ever eaten. the tartaric acid sauce is produced in the house and its own special recipe. my man loved it, said it was the best he ever had. they get their money worth and they have daily specialties. so good!"

"I drove hours to spend Thanksgiving with my mother. I wanted to treat her to a nice Thanksgiving meal so that she could relax and not have to cook. I was VERY disappointed in our Thanksgiving Dinner at La Torretta Lake Resort Spa. Many of the hot food items were cold, some even under cooked, the displays were poorly all labeled such as the salad dressings, I served myself what I thought was ranch on my salad only to taste it at the table and find out it was blue cheese, to which I am allergic to, the cheeses that were served were not labeled, the deserts were not labeled, the cheese display was quite empty and messy and the desert trays were quite empty. My biggest disappointment was at the meat table, when the servers weren't serving meat they were standing around talking, touching other things with gloves on and then cutting the meat and serving it with the very gloved hands that they had touched other areas and each other with. Lastly, it would have been nice if the waiter would have directed us to where each table was set up, we had no idea there was an omelette table. I was very disappointed in the experience and the cost incurred"
