"Made a reservation here, never been. I received a call the day before to confirm and was told that there was a limited menu which was partially described to me. When we got there we found that it was a Prix Fixed menu and the price 80.00/person. Ok it's Xmas Eve and we were there. Appetizers were a choice of 2 . We ordered obviously both. When they came, there were only 2 small pieces. I would go back for maybe a full menu."

"Service is so slow. We sat at bar and it took over 10 minutes for someone to take our order. Sitting at the bar should be fast but not here. There are plenty of other places to get a good drink, glass of wine, whatever and much better service. All that staff and a visible manager and yet no assistance for 10 minutes."

"We come to Houlihans a lot but today and Friday were disappointing. Friday the fish and chips was tasty but one tiny fish filet was a shocker for $17. Todays Buffalo Chicken salad had dry and over cooked chicken, and paper, yes paper stuck to the cheese slices in the salad? Do you have paper separating these cheeses? Yikes. Regarding ambiance and sound? There was someone sweeping the dining room with such veracity both myself and my friend were literally disrupted during our conversation. The banging of broom onto the dustpan during meal was crazy and probably not intentional but added to the downer of a lunch. "

"Disappointment and not on standard I expected from Hugo. Ordnet medium rare ribeye, but was cooked more to medium well. I didn't want to eat with my wife. Explained issue to server at the end of the meal and I explained nothing at this point except to let them know. A manager stopped right after the table, but said nothing about the steak. That was the most disappointing experience."
