"Nice Staff and Outdoor Seating was Appreciated. Pleasant staff, but the pizza we had here a few weeks ago just didn't cut it. Some of the veggies on it were nicely cooked, but unfortunately it didn't have a lot of flavour, the base was floppy and the topping kept sliding off (which I dislike in a pizza). Cappuccinos weren't good either. Sorry!"

"I took the family out for breakfast at the restaurant, and besides the fact that the food was excellent, we decided to stay and enjoy the river, the playground, and all the animals. My son really enjoyed it, especially feeding the turtles – there are plenty of them. I highly recommend it without a doubt. Service: Dine in Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5"

"We visited Oceangrill after buying their Living Social $15 meal deal. Wow, what a whopping feast Mark served up for $15, great value. The Deep Ocean Cod was very good and calamari simply OUTSTANDING! We normally travel down to Tweed to our favourite spot. This is the best we've tried on the Gold Coast... Thanks owner, Mark, you're a warm and friendly host and a superb seafood chef. We thoroughly enjoyed it and will definitely be back. Highly recommended, superb seafood and value!"

"The food was beautiful it was hot and freshly cooked. We brought the deal which came with 3 dishes and friend rice and added on egg omelette there was so much meat and chicken in dishes. Will certainly be back feed is...for dinner and lunch the next day."

"This cafe/restaurant is located just off the main drag in Nerang-pleasant location if not scenic and nice atmosphere. We decided to go on the back of lots of good reviews on Trip Advisor. We were not disappointed. Freddie gave us a warm and friendly greeting...and followed up by serving us delightful meals, Very happy with the veal dishes but he also does blcakboard specials. Loved the creme brulee to finish off. All in all a great place for casual but good dining-thoroughly recommended and very reasonable prices"

"I was pleasantly surprised by how good the food and service were at this little restaurant at Griffith University, Nathan campus. It was on par with some of the better restaurants I have been to in Brisbane. The staff were fast, efficient and eager to please despite an extremely busy lunch service.The salt and pepper calamari salad and matching wine were just delicious and very reasonably priced. It's worth making the effort to have a meal at G's, even if not attending the campus.Highly recommended."
