"Service was very slow on this night, and there was live music at 7:30 which was so loud it was hard to talk among our table of 4. This was our first visit, and it was ok, but not as good as what we were hoping after reading all of the glowing reviews. We may go back and try it again, but not on a night with live music. The music was nice, just way too loud. It made it feel like we were dining at a crazy busy bar rather than a nice restaurant. Overall, we were disappointed."

"This place is simply unprofessional. We showed up around 8:15 on a saturday night and received many dirty looks from the hostess who shot a look over to a short haired lady who seemed to be a ?manager?, saying ?we?re closed for tonight guys?. I was interested in trying the brick oven pizza, as it?s the only location with it around me, for the first time , but this place will never be getting my business again. We showed up ?late?, sure, but we gave them 45 minutes to work with. 90% of people are done eating a PIZZA within that time. I would hope the owner of this establishment doesn?t accept his restaurant doing this. Looking through other reviews about the poor customer service now leads me to believe this isn?t uncommon. I apologize for the ?inconvenience ? we caused them."

"Delicious and affordable. The only thing I would change is the amount of salt in some of the foods, but it is a great restaurant for dinner. I love the never-ending soup."

"Nicely surprised. I'm not a big Olive Garden fan. I always avoid the restaurant since my high school dating times. When I came here with my family today, I had a great time. Our waiter was exceptionally friendly and easy to go. The food was good, appetizers, ducks and desserts. (Parmesan Crusted Shrimp was very good). And the waiting staff let our group sit over an hour after our meal was over. Great time and good food. Nicely surprised."

"The food was good, but the service at the bar was terrible. I was totally ignored by the moment I left and sat in the bar. I had to get my menu from another guest in the bar. bartender was too worried about playing on his phone and joker with workers as any commands. After waiting for 15 minutes to place my order, I had to wait 10 minutes to get my bests when the food arrived. I tried to defeat her again and again to get my bill for another 20 minutes. they just walked right from me. I will never recommend this place to a worker again."

"We were excited to go see band and have drinks and food. Instead food and drinks took forever and we could not hear ourselves think. Band was way too loud and even after we gave feedback to management it did not improve. We have enjoyed date night to see band since covid and had good times, but this time was awful and not sure we will go back. Just not worth the money."

"Best sushi in a 20- mile radius. There are a couple other decent places hachi, maybe ooka), but Cho Cho San is the freshest, most innovative, better- priced not cheap), with professional, friendly staff. I suggest eating in their little, simple, but inviting restaurant for the best experience. They always have unusual and yummy specials. The tuna tartar is fantastic. The salmon teriyaki is the best I ever had. Even the miso soup is better than usual. Most importantly, I have never had anything that didn't taste ultimately fresh. You can make a reservation and I suggest it on Friday and Saturday nights."
