"Touts a vegan menu, but the food is terrible. Wouldn't be a place to bother if they don't put the effort in quality. I had the avocado squash and it smelled and tasted as if it looked out all day and they just put it in the microwave. 100000% not worth the cost."

"La Marea was a big surprise. We visit the area occasionally and the restaurants are fine. La Marea comes from Westchester where we have many to choose from and it definitely falls into that category. The food was outstanding and the place was very welcoming and comfortable. Can't say enough well. All you have to do is try it yourself."

"It is soooo rare that I do anything other than a positive review ... this one is anything but positive.Friendly people ... that's about the only really good thing I can say. The server we had was oblivious to reality ... we walked in and said we had a reservation open table and she promptly put down the menus she was holding and walked away. Ordered pasta dishes and one was cold pasta and the other was a different pasta than the menu said. Mine had the most wonderful sarcasm puddle of water at the bottom of the dish. Meatball was mushy and sausage was the same .. the eggplant was actually the best they did. Sauce was sooo wrong that I can't even say what was bad about it other than it was TERRIBLE. And, I want to point out, I rarely ever do a review that is not amazing I'll just let the place be if it is meh and this time it was not good and deserves to know.The piano player, while good and had a good voice had the audio way too loud"
