"Being a Christmas eve , most of the restaurants were having buffet with live music or live band. But we always prefer A LA carte than buffet because, however we may eat less but whatever we eat , it should be hot , fresh with good presentation and served nicely on my table . Because this is what we pay for in a restaurant. Quality of food is more important for me than quantity of food. After trying so many restaurants luckily we got a table in Rendezvous . I have been there earlier also and I liked their food , ambience and service so we were happy to get a table there with live music. As we were very hungry , we ordered for bruschetta and cream ofmushroom soup . Bruschetta was very nice but mushroom soup was equally horrible. I have never tasted this kind of mushroom soup . Next we ordered for grilled fish in butter n garlic sauce. It was simply DELICIOUS . Fish was perfectly cooked delicate and melt in mouth ,dipped in simple yet very tasty butter sauce. Ratatouille used to be my favorite dish but this time I felt like there were more chunks of aubergines than usual . It was rainy , chilly and pleasantly breezy evening filled with very mellow songs sung by singer Aishwarya accompanied by good food and great service on such a busy day. Everything was so nice and sweet that we too winded up our dinner on a sweet note with creme caramel. Enjoyed everything thoroughly"

"Pretty decent pizza, lasagna had turmeric for some reason, however the host replaced this with another dish. It's a pet friendly place with good food options and chilled beer. Must try this place after a nice walk at the promenade"

"Delicious food presented elegantly and stylishly. My favorites were the salads, which were really creative and tasty, followed by the pastas. Also anything with bread was superb: they seem to bake everything freshly in-house. Cocktails were nice, but a bit pricey"

"We asked our driver on the tour of Pondicherry for lunch. This place has the best seafood at really affordable prices. We ordered a Sea food platter which had varieties of Prawn, Fish, Oyster, Squid, Crab along with a Crab Patty burger. Trust me when I say this it reminded me of the CRABBY PATTY FROM SPONGEBOB SQUAREPANTS.<br/ <br/ A must for seafood lovers and quick bites"

"Went for a dinner with friends. Lovely welcoming ambience and good food. Penne pasta in mix sauce was one of the best I have had. Brucshetta was tasty and well cooked too. Sangria was totally apt! Our friends also tried kadai murgh and naan, which was slightly blant as per Indian taste but was good in taste. The only let down was the service, which was really really slow!"
