"Really awesome pub in revelstoke that was surprisingly open Christmas Day! Good food and good service are highlights. Our waitress was nice and came quick. The fish however was EXTREMELY greasy, and you could almost squeeze it out as you bit into it. It kinda made my stomach upset later on."

"Food simply OK. The 3 others liked it more than I did. It was a fine dining experience but nothing special in any way and totally forgettable EXCEPT our Server is a Thief. She attempted to bill us for 5 entrees instead of 4 doubling a $26 pasta dish which was so easily Noticed. How many times does this woman do this or attempt to do this ? She knew immediately that she was Caught with her attempted theft hopefully her Boss reads these reviews or maybe he/she is in on this also. Since we are out of town not in our control just watch out Tourists. Short stocky loquacious server June 28 7 pm."

"Like some other critics have mentioned that we do not expect this amazing meal from a restaurant in Revelstoke, a real jewel! The room is cozy and warm, and the staff friendly. The menus were excellent cured, and all in the season. The root plant finished the salad phenomenically, and the sturgeon and duck dishes broke away. We will definitely come back."

"This may be a personal preference but I’d like to have the lighting slightly dimmer and the noise level reduced. It wasn’t easy to hear friends and have conversation over the noise level. Other than that I enjoy coming here."

"My husband and I ate here today, the hostess was great and it was a clean restaurant. I ordered the rice bowl with shrimp and scallops, I eat seafood daily and I knew in my gut the second it was brought to the table it was no good. The fish smell was so strong that it overpowered everything else and that means it’s bad, but I ate a few bites anyways. The waitress never once came over to ask how things were, she brought the bill and card machine over before we were even finished. Within 30 minutes of leaving I was in the bathroom sick. 3 hours later I’m still very sick. A $30 plate of food and I had to throw it in the garbage. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: CA$30–40 Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 5"
