"I'm always excited for Roswell Restaurant Week, and after a strenuous process of elimination with some friends, we finally settled on Pastis. Parking is paid parking right beside the restaurant. If it's not a busy night, I suggest trying to circle around for free parking on the street nearby. We definitely jumped the gun parking next to the restaurant in the paid lot. We entered the restaurant and noticed it was completely empty. I found it odd since there were plenty of pools walking outside the area. While we were seated on the patio listening to the live musician doing acoustic Michael Jackson covers, we noticed people walking by commenting on how much they loved the place but they didn't come inside. Odd. The $30 set menu was pretty extensive and looked delicious, which is why we chose the restaurant. We failed to note that there was only one dessert option chocolate mousse. One of our friends has a chocolate allergy (I know, tragic) and the server made it very clear that there were to be no substitutions. Even so, our server went back to the kitchen and asked for an exception. He was brought a creme brûlée, which made me pretty jealous since that's what I would have preferred... FOOD: The three cheese tortelloni was pretty tasty with the artichokes. I'm not sure why there was so much cream sauce, but it made for a great dip for our bread. I also tried the calamari, which was just ok. That bison short rib was DELISH and the highlight of the meal. While there was only one in the Restaurant Week size entree, it fell right off the large bone. The vegetables that it came with were pretty meh, especially the undercooked eggplant. The chocolate mousse was a bit of a letdown. It reminded me of a fluffy chocolate jello mousse cup. Nothing special, but my friends didn't seem to mind it. Overall, Pastis wasn't very impressive not something I would make the drive up to Roswell for again, at least. It wasn't bad, but it's hard to compete with some better options down Canton Street."

"A weekend for lunch. Had a spinach and chicken salad that was excellent. Service was a bit tense when they seemed short-handed, but for our cozy lunch this was not a problem. Live music was a nice touch."

"I love going here. The Asian nachos are AMAZING. And the service is consistently good. I am usually skeptical when I notice the waiting staff that is younger because I often end up with a not so good experience. But every time I visited, there was a young smile face to greet me and a young smile face to serve me. There is never a long wait for food, even with a lot. The outside seat is super sweet, and I like that it feels a lounge on one side for how date nights, and regular tables on the other side. And to finish everything, every time I go there, the owner stopped at the table to ask how everything feels like VIP! Who, if you think about going, just go... you'll love it."

"My sister and I came here to celebrate her birthday dinner! We were SOOO happy with every aspect of this place. The kindest people work here, shout out to Natalya for being such a sweet waitress and being so accommodating! They got a card and cake for my sisters birthday and it was such a sweet gesture and really appreciated! They give complimentary focaccia which is so perfect especially with a very nice olive oil for dipping! The mock tails are soo flavorful and don’t feel like a glass of soda, they have lots of depth and interesting flavor. The burrata with fruit was sooo soft and creamy. My sister was obsessed with the short rib ravioli. She says it’s one of the best meals she’s ever had! Incredibly umami and flavorful. The parmesan adds perfect touch to such a deep and savory meal. I had the tomato goat cheese soup, it was one of the most luxurious soups I ever consumed! Sooo flavorful and had such incredible body! We will definitely be coming here again! The setting is so dreamy and romantic, and just everything about this place is perfect and a fine dining experience that is sooo worth every penny! "Excellent atmosphere, food and service. The caeser salid, smoked braised salmon, garlic mashed potatoes and grilled asparagus were all perfect. Add to the meal a glass of Chardonnay and the meal was complete. Finished off with cheesecake. Yum"

"Appetizers were amazing! We ordered the oysters Rockefeller, Calamari and charcuterie board. They came fast and were delicious! Entrees took almost an hour to get to the table and we're just okay. I ordered the shrimps and grits, but the grits were not a place to be found. The meal was more like a gumbo there was so much tomato broth. My husband ordered the lobster shrimp spaghetti and his was just okay. My daughter ordered the dry rub chicken with Mac and cheese, and not much taste."
